Security & Third Parties: The organization utilizes secure cloud service providers (such as Airtable and Netlify) for storing and processing information. The organization will not transfer your details to third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.
Right to Review & Deletion: In accordance with Sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Protection Law, you are entitled to review the information held about you in the organization's databases, and to request to correct it or delete it permanently by contacting us in writing via the email listed at the end of this document.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, models, and designs on this site are the exclusive property of Genesis Israel. No part of these contents may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
6. Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
